Confluence task reports

The app requests the read:task:confluence permission and reads task API responses for the current space through Atlassian Forge, acting with the viewing user’s Confluence permissions. These responses can contain task text, task and content identifiers, completion status, due dates, assignee/creator account identifiers and other task metadata supplied by Confluence.

The response is used in browser memory to build and filter the report. The app does not persist these responses in an app database, browser local storage or cookies; it does not export them to our website or external services. Refresh clears the previous report before making new requests. Closing the app removes its in-memory report; it does not delete the original Confluence tasks.

License checks and platform operations

A Forge-hosted function checks the platform-provided license status and environment. The function receives Forge invocation context, which can include account and installation identifiers. It returns an access decision and does not store task content or deliberately write customer identifiers to logs. Atlassian operates the hosting, API, identity, billing and platform telemetry; its applicable terms and privacy notices cover those platform operations.

Support email

If you email us, we receive the sender address, message and any information you choose to include. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards support mail to a Google Gmail mailbox. Those services process the email to deliver and store it. We use support correspondence to answer requests, diagnose reported issues and maintain necessary business records. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Support correspondence is normally retained for up to 12 months after the request closes, unless longer retention is necessary for a legal obligation or an unresolved dispute. You may request access, correction or deletion at the contact address, subject to applicable obligations and verification of your request.

This website

This static website uses no analytics trackers, advertising scripts, forms or cookies. Our web server is hosted in the United States. Routine access logging is disabled for this site; error logs may record connection metadata, such as an IP address and requested path, when a request fails. We use such operational records only for security and troubleshooting and retain them through the server’s log rotation.

International processing and choices

Atlassian, Cloudflare, Google and the website hosting infrastructure may process information outside your country. The app does not select a new external storage region for Confluence task data. Control task information and access in Confluence, and contact your administrator to uninstall the app. Uninstalling stops future app access but does not remove your Confluence content or separate support correspondence.

Policy changes

We update this page when handling changes and identify the effective date. Material changes to app data use will be disclosed through the relevant app release and Marketplace information before they apply.
